An Architectural Technologist is required for a growing architectural practice based in Southampton. The studio delivers a wide range of projects across the UK, with a strong focus on high-rise and mixed-use developments throughout London and the South, alongside residential and commercial schemes.

With offices in Southampton and Bristol, the practice is continuing to expand and is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years’ practice experience to support the delivery of technically demanding projects. This role would suit a technically strong individual capable of working across multiple stages and collaborating closely with design and delivery teams.

Job Overview
  • Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction documentation using Revit.
  • Support the delivery of high-rise, mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Coordinate technical information with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
  • Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and technical standards.
  • Assist with planning submissions, technical detailing, and project coordination.
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of live schemes.
  • Work collaboratively within a growing and design-focused studio environment.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice.
  • Strong experience delivering UK-based projects, ideally including high-rise or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and within a team.
