Bennett and Game are representing a well-established multi-disciplinary Top 150 Consultancy based in Plymouth who are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The successful Architectural Technologist will get exposure to a variety of projects as our client has a diverse portfolio which includes High-rise Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects.
They are offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 in addition to a range of benefits including:

Architectural Technologist Job Overview:
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
- Support the technical delivery of a variety of projects
- Produce and review technical packages of information
- Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors
- Develop compliant, buildable and well-detailed technical solutions
- Assist with managing drawing packages through planning, technical design and construction stages
- Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and industry best practice
- Work on various Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects (Typically between the values of £1m to £20m)
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Several years’ experience working within the industry
- Strong Technical ability and exposure from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Understanding of Planning process and Regulations
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive, detail-oriented and technically confident
- Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth
