Job Overview
We currently have an opportunity available to join a specialist manufacturer within the water sector, who offer full design, installation, and maintenance solutions to clients across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Receiving customer enquiries and converting these into specifications and quotes that are suitable to the client's needs
- Completing full quotations and chasing these with clients
- Recording sales orders with the relevant internal teams
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Following up with clients after successful sales to ensure a positive customer experience
- Participating in an out of hours rota occasionally for technical support
Requirements
- Sales and/or administration background within the engineering sector
- Any experience within the water sector such as pumps, plumbing, drainage, or heating is highly desirable
- Ideally holding a Mechanical or Electrical degree
- Based within a commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
- Strong I.T competency, including Microsoft Office, with any experience using a CRM system desirable
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary between £33,000 and £38,000, depending on experience
- Bonus ranging from £2,000 to £4,000, based on performance
- Opportunities for progression and development
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with tenure
