Bennett & Game are delighted to represent a well-established, multi-disciplinary Top 150 consultancy based in Bristol, with national coverage through 10 offices, are currently seeking an ambitious Director to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a background in Building Surveying, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying who is passionate about driving the Bristol office forward.
Our client is open-minded in their search and welcomes applications from candidates who may not yet be at Director level but possess the right ambition and expertise to step into the role in the near future. With a legacy spanning over 50 years, our client has grown to a team of over 180 professionals, including a dedicated team of 15 in their Bristol office. They work across a diverse range of projects, spanning Residential, Education, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Commercial, and Public Sector developments.
Director Salary & Benefits

Director Job Overview
- Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation
- Play an integral role in expanding and developing the Bristol office (currently a team of 15)
