The predicted salary is between 44000 - 66000 £ per year.
To provide support to the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM), demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures and safety policies. Assuring that maintenance activities meet both regulatory standards and company procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct Safety & Compliance audits as prescribed by the Audit Plan
- Daily administration & monitoring of the Occurrence Reporting System
- Report any findings or concerns to the CMM for escalation to the Accountable Manager / nominated post holder.
- Compile submissions for maintenance organisation exposition (MOE) revisions as required.
- Compliance to EASA / CAA Part 145 & national regulations
- Assist with the production & implementation of the Part 145 audit programme (Inclusive of corrective actions)
- Control of the company authorisation system
- Conducting Investigations in support of the SMS Programme
- Assist in facilitating hazard identification, risk assessment and management
- Monitoring Supplier / Sub Contractor performance
Job Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of EASA / CAA Part 145 Regulations and their practical application
- Detailed knowledge of Part 66 requirements
- Knowledge & experience of H&S requirements
- Qualified Auditor experienced in aviation / engineering environment
- Current in Safety Training (including Human Factors), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Phase 1, Electrical Wiring Interconnecting Systems (EWIS) Group 6 training
- Experienced and competent Investigator, with evidence of investigation training
- Passport enabling travel to locations as required for part of the role
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Eligible to qualify for and hold UK airside security pass
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) etc.
- Good Communication skills
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own and use initiative
- Energised/Enthusiastic with a professional ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent timekeeping
