Position: Air Conditioning Working Supervisor
Location: Westminster
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the South East, are seeking an experienced AC Engineer / AC Supervisor to join their team, covering 3 prestigious sites in the Westminster / Kensington area.
The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be overseeing engineers, as well as working on the tools themselves, carrying out servicing and repairs, of air conditioning systems across 3 sites, ensuring systems are always running smoothly. Due to the nature of the sites, they have an ageing HVAC infrastructure, so the Air Conditioning Supervisor must be technically competent, working on older systems, with no supervision, prioritising high 1st fix rates etc. as they will be the technical lead, for the site. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be managing KPI's, ensuring H&S across the 3 sites and providing technical assistance to the other engineers. The Engineer / Supervisor must hold their NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning, as well as their f-gas.

Air Conditioning Working Supervisor Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- No out of hours call out rota
- Company Van and Fuel card
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Air Conditioning Working Supervisor Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience, working on air conditioning systems, specifically servicing and repairs
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent on air conditioning, plus f-gas
- Experience managing other engineers, in a supervisory role
- Must be very technically competent on air conditioning and ventilation systems, with experience working on older systems
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and further security checks when required
- Happy to travel to sites, in the Westminster / Kensington area.
