Bennett & Game are pleased to be representing a well-established structural consultancy based in Rochester who are seeking a Structural Surveyor to join their growing technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop within a structured, office-led environment while maintaining regular site exposure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out structural inspections, producing detailed technical reports, and supporting project delivery across a varied building portfolio.
- Position Overview
- Carry out structural inspections and site surveys
- Produce clear, detailed structural reports and technical documentation
- Prepare and review drawings using Auto CAD and Tekla
- Support projects from initial site visit through to final report issue
- Liaise with internal technical teams to support ongoing project delivery
- Approx. 30% site based / 70% office based
- Role based in Rochester
- Position Requirements
- Minimum 18 months' experience within a consultancy setting
- Experience working as a Structural Surveyor or in a closely related structural role
- Strong technical report writing skills
- Proficient in Auto CAD and Tekla
- Strong IT skills and confident computer literacy
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK

- Salary £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
