This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, operational and health safety experience, with responsibility for people, plant, environmental compliance, site performance and continuous improvement. Overview Manage the day-to-day operation of the transfer station. Lead, motivate and develop supervisors, operators and support staff. Ensure compliance with environmental permits, waste legislation and Health Safety requirements. Manage site throughput, operational performance and KPIs.
