This role is suited to an experienced engineer working within the facilities management sector, supporting the service, maintenance, repair and installation of building systems. The role involves performing routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and managing repair work on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will ensure compliance with UK building regulations and health safety standards while liaising with contractors and clients to deliver efficient building services. They have a rotating 40 hour working week, covering day shifts (08:00–17:00), late shifts (14:00–23:00) and Saturday (Sunday’s rare) working on a rota basis (typically 09:00–23:00 Saturdays), with time off in the week to reflect this.
