Bennetts is seeking a Design Manager to lead full design management and co-ordination of a large residential scheme valued over £100m. The role combines minimum 50% site-based work with time in Head Office, and requires oversight of the Contractor's design team and subcontractors with design responsibility.
The successful candidate will have experience on large scale design and build projects, with early design from Stage 3 and strong knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM.
