We are currently seeking a Graduate Project Manager for our London Team. This role will assist our Site Management Team to successfully deliver our projects on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity to build your career with a long-established main contractor and gain experience of multi-million-euro projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and coordination of key elements and packages of the building.
- Meet with specialist and domestic subcontractors to track coordination, programme and cost related items.
- Liaise with site engineers and foreman to track and manage progress on site and compliance with QA systems.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure design information flow is available when required.
- Work under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Prepare and track compliance with design queries, RFIs.
You will need
- A degree in Construction Management or similar.
- Construction work experience preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Technical competence with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
