Mechanical Estimator required for our client, a specialist Building Services Company based in the West Midlands who specialise in the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems and renovation of existing systems, in commercial sites, with projects ranging from £1k up to £1m+.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance - £6,000 per annum
- Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (half day Fridays)

The Mechanical Estimator will be involved in preparing and presenting tenders to specifications and drawings. Specifically, the estimator will carry out the estimation of systems such as heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and ductwork. The Mechanical Estimator will generally be based from an office in Redditch, with occasional site visits.
