We currently have an opportunity to join a client of ours, a well-established M&E Contractor based in West Yorkshire who specialise in full M&E installations and refurbishment projects along with ongoing service and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector across West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Job Overview
- Managing commercial and industrial electrical installation/refurbishment projects from conception through to completion
- Overseeing a team of electricians, apprentices, and sub-contractors
- Acting as the companies NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, reviewing engineers testing certificates, auditing works, and providing training
- Recruitment - overseeing the recruitment of team members for both office and site-based roles, including reviewing CV's, holding interviews, and onboarding new team members
- Working largely within the public sector, overseeing projects across the education and healthcare sectors
Job Requirements
- Strong electrical background with proven experience managing commercial electrical installation projects, along with maintenance/testing contracts, both on-site and remotely
- Experience within the education, healthcare, or facilities management industries desirable
- Confident in the NICEIC regulations for electrical compliance, with either currently being or previously holding NICEIC QS status
- Electrical qualifications including NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 Inspection & Testing, or equivalents essential
- Based within a commutable distance of Wetherby
Salary & Benefits
