A highly respected specialist civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to play a key role on a flagship, long-term infrastructure scheme in Hampshire to manage BIM, Document Control and Information Security. This is a business delivering complex, technically challenging projects across water, infrastructure, and climate-resilience works, with a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and innovation. The BIM Manager will act as the focal point for digital and information management across the project lifecycle from design coordination through construction and handover, working closely with senior leadership, design teams, and delivery teams on site.
BIM Manager Salary & Benefits- Salary - up to £55,000

- Lead and optimise BIM, Document Control and Information Security
- Act as the project lead for ISO 19650 compliance and information security standards
- Own and maintain the Information Execution Plan (IEP), ensuring alignment with wider project controls and reporting
- Manage the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and ensure consultant TIDPs meet project requirements
- Oversee and support the Document Control team, ensuring the CDE is robust, compliant, and well-managed
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality modelling approach across all disciplines
- Manage model federation, clash detection, coordination workshops, and model audits
- Carry out regular model health checks, reviews, and performance reporting
- Support senior project and leadership meetings with digital insight and reporting
- Champion information security, data classification, and personnel clearance requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in software, systems, and digital workflows
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering or digital construction
- Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Manager, Digital Design Lead, or similar
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Built Environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 (Parts 1-5)
- Experience supporting large, complex infrastructure or construction projects
- Confident communicator able to work with senior leadership, designers, and site teams
- Practical, delivery-focused mindset with the confidence to improve systems rather than just maintain them
