This is an exciting opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving consultancy with a strong regional presence. The role involves managing key commissions across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and commercial projects. You will work within a collaborative Quantity Surveying team, reporting to the Associate QS, and play a pivotal role in delivering both pre- and post-contract services.

Job Requirements- MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) - essential
- Strong post-qualification experience in consultancy or client-side roles
- Cost planning and financial reporting in accordance with RICS standards
- Tender and contract document preparation
- Post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Reinstatement cost assessments, viability reports, and life cycle costing
- Able to chair meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams
- Document management in line with QA procedures
- Proficient in managing commissions independently
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative with strong mentoring abilities
- Office-based with travel to local sites as required
