We are currently representing a well-established architectural practice that designs high quality Residential and Commercial projects, with a strong focus on functionality, creativity and sustainability. The practice takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to deliver thoughtful designs. With a passion for detail, the practice creates inspiring, energy-efficient architecture that responds positively to both its environment and modern design challenges.
The successful Architectural Technologist will lead the technical delivery of projects from conception through to construction, managing schemes ranging in value from £50k to £1m. The role involves daily use of AutoCAD, making proficiency essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a design-led practice and play a key role in delivering impactful projects.

- Deliver high-quality technical design and detailing for Residential and Commercial projects
- Manage projects from design development through to construction stages
- Coordinate and update drawing packages in line with project requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities as required
- Ensure drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards
- Take part managing, supporting, and developing the technical team
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods (including timber and steel frame)
- Good experience across Residential and Commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good technical skills
- Experience from RIBA stage 0-5
- Good understanding of Building Regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
