Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing projects from inception to handover
- Conducting site visits and surveys
- Preparing designs, estimates, and quotations
- Negotiating purchases
- Supervising labour
- Managing commissioning, client training, and O&M documentation
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
