Mechanical Engineer required in the London area for our client, an award-winning HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 10 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC & Mechanical Plant rooms equipment.
Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships, commercial, corporate and Government contacts.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Job Overview
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, reactive repairs, installations on AHU\’s, Heating Pumps, Chilled Water Pumps, Pressurisation units, Expansion vessels, 3/4 Way Valves & Actuators throughout Commercial properties in London. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also be expected to replace pipework, experience with pipefitting is essential.
This role will develop into a Mechanical Small works Manager to run small mechanical projects across London and Home Counties.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Job Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer
- Experience working on Pumps, AHU\’s, associated pipework etc
- Able to complete installs and
- Full Driving Licence
- Live in or around the M25
Senior Mechanical Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary up £60,000 DOE
- Company Van
- Bonus/Incentive scheme for additional earnings based on KPIs
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- 40-hour working week – travel paid depending on job/distance covered
- Pension
- 20 days\’ holidays plus bank holidays this will increase with service
