Our client, a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Maidstone. Specialising in a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and office space, they offer a varied and rewarding workload of both project and professional services. With most projects located within 1 hour of Maidstone (and none further than 2 hours), this is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy that values balance, collaboration, and career development.
This role is ideally suited to a Senior Building Surveyor with prior experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, looking to work in a flexible, supportive team with strong routes to progression. APC support is available for those working towards chartership.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £50k - £65k DOE

- Providing professional services including party wall matters and statutory applications
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across sectors
- Working independently and collaboratively on varied assignments across the South East
- Degree in Building Surveying or similar
- Previous consultancy or client-side experience required
- Proven experience delivering both project and professional surveying services
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region
