A safety trainer is now required for our client who is a specialist supplier of excavation support systems and specialist products for the water, civil engineering and construction industries. This role requires a coverage area of the United Kingdom with a company van provided as well as private healthcare, gym membership, discounts and many other company benefits. This role offers routes for progression with ongoing learning and development opportunities.
In this role, you will be delivering accredited courses at a variety of locations across the United Kingdom reporting to the compliance and training manager focusing on providing excellent delivery of accredited courses within the civil, water and construction industries. You must be prepared to stay away up to 4 days a week to be considered for this role.
Safety Trainer Salary & Benefits- Up to £40,000 salary dependant on experience

- Deliver classroom and practical training courses to the customers in line with current training programmes
- Work with the training director and reporting to the compliance and training manager to deliver outstanding delivery of training to customers
- You may be required to assist and plan future development of courses
- You must be prepared to stay away for up to 4 days a week for this role travelling throughout the south of England
- To be extremely detailed oriented in all administrative tasks due to the nature of the role
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial with a recognised training qualification
- Qualifications to be up to date and informed regarding awarding bodies and their policies, to include statutory policies, health and safety, employment and equality laws
- Knowledge in the construction industry and civil sectors would be desirable
- Ability to communicate and deliver presentations
- Willing to deliver practical training in outdoor settings
- Experience in writing and producing training sessions or assisting
- Education level of GCSE's C or national 4 and above in Maths & English
- Full driving licence required
