Job Overview
  • Manage a portfolio of residential block properties within a 1-hour radius of Plymouth

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in residential block management

  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and service charge budgeting
  • Fire safety knowledge advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within commuting distance of Plymouth and willing to travel to sites
