Bennett and Game are working with a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in Architectural design, project management and surveying services based in Warrington. As a result of expanding, they are hiring a Project Architect to join their team. Predominately the focus will be working on Commercial projects across all RIBA stages. These projects range from £1m to around £20m in value. They are offering a competitive package with a salary of up to £46,000 as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, pension scheme, ongoing training / development and opportunity to progress within the company.

Our client has over 20 years of experience within the UK architectural industry and has worked with prestigious clients including blue chip retail businesses. You will get the chance to collaborate with other Architectural Technologists, Architects, Project Managers and Surveyors. Project Architect Job Overview
- Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
- Attend client and design team meetings including site visits and chairing site meetings, as required
- Compile and produce drawing packages and layouts using AutoCAD and REVIT software
- Manage and undertake measured surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administrate projects and programmes
- Ensure design proposals conform to the latest planning policies, building regulations and technical standards
- Liaise with external consultants and suppliers, review information provided and coordinate design stage and construction issue drawings and specification packages
- Take the lead and be responsible to ensure deadlines achieved and managed for delivery of feasibility, tender and construction drawing packages
Project Architect Job Requirements
- Good knowledge with either Revit or AutoCAD
- Full UK driving license
- Effective team working and communication skills
- Live within a commutable distance of Warrington
- Commercial projects experience is adventurous
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- ARB or RIBA Architect
