Our client are actively seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Reading. Specialist Engineering company offering off-site mechanical prefabrication, skilled labour supply, and full-service mechanical contracting across sectors. Salary & Benefits Salary:

(after probation) Additional Benefits: Free on-site parking Cycle to Work Scheme Training and development opportunities Job Requirements Proven experience in pipework fabrication and workshop supervision Strong understanding of welding processes, ISO drawings, QA/QC standards, and ISO9000 procedures Skilled in production planning, material ordering, and team coordination Confident in maintaining Health & Safety standards, including RAMS and equipment certifications Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, site managers, and internal teams Familiarity with inventory control, transport logistics, and reporting Job Overview Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pipework fabrication workshop. Key duties include supervising a small team (1-3 operatives) Planning and tracking production schedules, ensuring quality control and Health & Safety compliance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role also involves hands-on assistance in fabrication, maintaining workshop equipment and records, managing materials and logistics, and driving process improvements to meet project deadlines.
