As Operations Manager, you will oversee a variety of civil engineering and earthworks projects from tender stage through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery, ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and familiar with AutoCAD, LSS, or other 3D modelling systems.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or significant industry experience preferred.
