Bennett and Game are pleased to represent a well-established civil engineering consultancy seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to deliver large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The role offers full project ownership from feasibility through planning, approvals and construction delivery.
Role Overview
- Lead residential infrastructure schemes from early feasibility to construction issue
- Deliver drainage strategies, SuDS and adoptable highways designs
- Manage S38, S278, S104 and S185 submissions and approvals
- Act as day-to-day client contact for developers and housebuilders
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- 6+ years UK civil engineering consultancy experience
- Strong residential development background
- Proven experience with S38, S278, S104 and S185 agreements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfoDrainage (or equivalent)
- Commercially aware and confident managing projects end-to-end
