We are proud to represent our client, a trusted provider of building support services with over 40 years of experience serving local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts, and private sector clients. With a strong track record of delivering successful mechanical solutions for both commercial and domestic projects, our client is now looking to expand their growing projects division by hiring a Mechanical Estimator.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, along with a company car or car allowance and additional benefits, including life insurance.

The Mechanical Estimator will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and the Bid team to deliver precise mechanical estimates for projects ranging from £50,000 to £5 million.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Mechanical knowledge
  • Electrical Knowledge - Advantageous
  • Experience with estimating software, preferably Ensign
  • Experience estimating Mechanical projects from £50k-£5m in value
  • Live within a commutable distance of North London
  • Full UK Driving Licence
