We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager, based in Maidstone, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. With a full order book up until 2027, consisting of a range of projects (with values up to £22 million) including stadiums, residential high-rise buildings and commercial blocks, a Site Manager is required to help facilitate the ongoing growth of the company.
It is envisioned that the successful candidate will have prior experience within fire remediation or with a cladding contractor.
