We are representing a talented Landscape Architecture and Design studio that are actively seeking a Landscape Architect to join their team in Brighton. The successful Landscape Architect will have the opportunity to enhance and broaden their skills and expertise within a variety of projects. Our client works on a variety of projects within the Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors. Projects vary in size and are based in the UK as well as Internationally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development of projects from inception through to completion
- Ensuring all projects align with client specifications, design standards and budget requirements
- Preparing reports, presentations, technical drawings and specifications for planning applications and construction
- Attending site visits and meetings
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external
- Assisting and supporting with presentations, concept designs and detailed designs
- Ensuring compliance with Construction Design and Management and Health & Safety legislation
Job Requirements:
- Living in or around the Brighton area
- Confident with using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; essential
- Practical experience with Revit, NBS, SketchUp and Enscape; Highly Advantageous
- Excellent design skills and experience
- Strong Communications Skills
- Relevant Degree Qualified and/or working towards Chartership
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
