Our client is a well-established and growing Air Conditioning contractor based in South East London/Kent Border, with over 15 years of industry experience. They provide full turnkey solutions-from installation through to service and maintenance-and are a trusted Daikin Business Partner. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to join their team.
The HVAC Operations Manager will need strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems and will be responsible for leading a team of technicians-delegating tasks, providing technical support, and ensuring maintenance and repair work is effectively coordinated with the scheduling team.
The role also involves working closely with clients, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. A key part of the job includes producing clear and accurate quotations based on engineers\’ site reports. Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC problems efficiently.
