The HVAC Contracts Manager is required to drive the sales of HVAC installation across the North Region.

This role is with a well-established Manchester-based provider of HVAC solutions that offers a full turnkey solution to existing and new clients, who serve the Commercial and Public sectors. The position involves travel throughout the North West securing new business and overseeing installation projects.

The ideal candidate must be experienced and track record in securing Installation contracts and capitalise on new business opportunities. This role offers career progression to Director level, with the potential for company shares in the future.

Responsibilities include managing the entire process from initial inquiry and quotation through to installation and commissioning handover. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones.
