A great opportunity has arisen for a Site Foreman to join a busy interior fit-out contractor delivering fast-track retail and commercial projects across the UK. Due to ongoing growth and confirmed project workload, the business is looking for a hands-on Foreman capable of overseeing sites from start to finish while maintaining quality, programme and safety standards.
Projects vary from £100k - £2 million in value, typically run from 4 to 16 weeks, with regular working-away requirements.
Salary & Benefits- £20 - £26 per hour (DOE)
- 12-hour shifts when working away
- Travel time paid
- Company van and tools available (if required)

- Manage day-to-day site operations on retail and interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and deliveries
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and specification
- Order materials and manage stock on site
- Provide regular progress updates to the Director / office
- Maintain site records, permits and H&S documentation
- Work on the tools where required (limited)
- Proven experience supervising shopfitting / fit-out projects
- Comfortable running sites independently
- Strong understanding of site Health & Safety
- SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
- CSCS card
- Ability to work away Monday-Friday when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within commuting distance of the Huntingdon / Cambridge area preferred
- Long-term mindset with good reliability and communication skills
