We are seeking Home-Based Engineers for a leading provider of heavy construction and industrial equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across Kent and surrounding locations.
Role Overview:
- Provide on-site maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Work independently across assigned locations, ensuring equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and report any issues.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on every site.
- Participate in overtime as required to support operational needs (paid at time and a half).
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant engineering discipline.
- CSCS card.
- Proven experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within assigned area.
Salary & Benefits:
- £19.95/hr door-to-door travel pay.
- Overtime paid at time and a half.
- Company vehicle, fuel card, and Premier Inn cards.
- Working hours: 8:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
