My client is a leading supplier of UPS and Generator systems across the UK who are looking to bring a Service Co-ordinator on board to bolster their team in Gosport. The ideal candidate will come from a Service Co-ordination background, will have experience, will be proficient with Microsoft suite and will be based within a commutable distance of Gosport.
Service Co-ordinator Job Overview
- Supporting the General Manager in the role of managing the companies most critical customers
- Organising service visits for Engineers
- Providing quotations for remedial works and replacement equipment
- Invoicing and placing purchase orders as required
- Ensuring reports are completed and returned by Engineers and correctly filed inline with ISO procedure
- Ordering spare parts and monitoring inventory as required
- Providing monthly statistics for management meetings

- Ideally previous experience in a service co-ordination position
