Our client, a well-established, award-winning architectural practice with multiple offices, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team. The successful Project Architect will be working collaboratively with their Glasgow office. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Architect who enjoys putting buildings together and has strong experience across all RIBA Stages and with technical delivery skills.

You will initially be focused on high-quality residential projects but will also have the chance to work across a diverse portfolio, including bespoke residential, commercial offices, refurbishments, new builds, defence, and MOD projects, with values ranging from £5m to £30m, and larger developments up to £120m.

Overview

  • Design development and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
  • Opportunity to lead and deliver projects ranging from £5M to £150M, including commercial office developments, major healthcare facilities, and large-scale residential schemes as well as some MOD Schemes
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare, review, and manage detailed design packages, including planning submissions, tender documentation, and construction information
  • Produce high-quality drawings within a range of sectors on Revit

Requirements

  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Experience of various construction methods would be advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methodologies, and material specifications
  • ARB, RIBA or RIAS qualified Architect
  • Live within a commutable distance of Glasgow
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to technical challenges
