Job opportunity available with our client, a leading manufacturer of ventilation and indoor climate systems, with a basic salary of up to £36k available, along with door-to-door travel pay, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and opportunities for progression and career development.

Our client has been a leading manufacturer of a variety of fire safety and ventilation equipment for over 50 years, and specialises in fire dampers and smoke control systems for commercial building uses.

This role will be a remote position covering across London and the surrounding areas, and will involve completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) on fire dampers and smoke control systems within office buildings, schools, and hospitals. There will also be full training provided on our clients advanced controls systems, including panel maintenance and remedial works on controls and failed dampers.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background and understanding of the ventilation industry, in particularly duct work, fire dampers, and smoke control systems
  • Previous experience completing maintenance and repairs on fire dampers and smoke control systems
  • Based within a commutable distance of London
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Any advanced knowledge of smoke control panels desirable, but not essential

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
  • Company vehicle, with optional personal use
  • Door to door travel pay
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Overtime starting at 1.5x, and rising to 2x
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (40-hour week)
  • Private healthcare (after probation)
