Electrical Design Engineer required for my client who work within the motor control systems, switchgear distribution equipment and electrical installations industry of engineering. They are located near to Blyth, North East England.

The successful electrical design engineer will work within the growing electrical and controls design department within the company, on all ongoing engineering products.

Electrical Design Engineer Job Overview
  • Creating electrical schematic diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Generating Bills of Materials.
  • Estimating of control panels from customer documentation and site meetings.
  • Assisting Factory Acceptance Tests.
Electrical Design Engineer Job Requirements
  • Ideally at least HNC level qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experienced design and manufacture of industrial control panels would be an advantage.
  • Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Blyth.
Electrical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits
  • Salary - £30,000 to £45,000. Dependent upon experience, they are open to both early career and senior career candidates in Electrical design.
  • Full time position - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am - 14:00pm.
