We currently have an opportunity to join a client of ours, a well-established M&E Contractor based in West Yorkshire who specialise in full M&E installations and refurbishment projects along with ongoing service and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector across West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Job Overview
- Completing servicing, planned maintenance, and reactive breakdown repairs on gas heating equipment including boilers, radiators, pumps, pipework, etc.
- Occasionally completing small commercial heating equipment installations.
- Working on commercial sites including schools, hospitals, and care homes.
- Travelling across West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Job Requirements
- ACS Commercial Gas tickets essential.
- ACS Domestic Gas & Commercial Catering tickets desirable.
- Experienced in completing servicing, breakdown repairs, and installations of commercial heating equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Based within a commutable distance of Wetherby.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
- Company van provided.
- Door to door travel.
- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays).
- 40-hour week with overtime starting at 1.5x.
- No on call rota.
