Our client are a precision engineering company, established for over 50 years that offer bespoke solutions to a wide variety of industries including: aerospace, defence, nuclear, medical and many others.

We\’re currently on the lookout for are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a close-knit friendly team based in Bristol.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Operator specifically with of aluminium parts.

CNC Programmer Job Requirements

  • Independently programme & operate 3-axis VM20i & 5 axis VMX30Ui CNC Hurco Mills
  • Must have experience programming with Fusion 360.
  • Conventional Programming in WinMax, using DXF.
  • Experience machining aluminium and plastics and free issue parts
  • Managing tools and sets up.
  • Read Technical drawings.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and good engineering hygiene.
  • Reliable and punctual.

CNC Programmer Salary & Benefits

  • Permanent position – Immediate start available
  • Salary £40,000 – 45,000 DOE
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
  • Mon – Fri, 40 hours (alternate weeks- early & late shifts, every other Friday off)
  • Early Shift: Monday – Thursday (06:00 – 15:00) Friday (06:00 – 17.30)
  • Late Shift: Monday – Thursday (13.30 – 22:45) Friday OFF
