The firm is looking to recruit a dedicated professional within their office to assist the wider team in the delivery of high-quality statutory audit and accounts preparation services.

This progressive role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment, backed by extensive study support.

  • Accounts Semi-Senior Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare draft financial statements and tax computations for Limited Companies.
  • Perform analyses and post entries using modern accounting software.
  • Produce accurate management accounts for a varied client base.
  • Carry out core bookkeeping duties, including VAT returns and Self-Assessment preparation.
  • Provide active assistance with audits directly on client sites.
  • Assist and support more senior members of the team as required.
  • Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication across all client and internal interactions.
  • Accounts Semi-Senior Requirements
  • Ideally ACA / ACCA part-qualified or in the final year of AAT studies.
  • Practical accounting experience gained within a professional accountancy practice.
  • Hands-on proficiency with major accounting software packages.
  • Strong technical understanding of draft financial statements and tax computations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and assist senior team members.
