We currently have an opportunity to join a leading contractor within the leisure construction sector, specialising in the design, build, maintenance, and refurbishment of leisure facilities, with their client base including Premier League football clubs, well-known leisure centre chains, and state-of-the-art swimming pools in luxury residential facilities.
Project Manager Job Overview
- Supporting with project activities within the leisure and wellness sector from conception through to completion
- Procuring materials and labour, meeting cost expectations and dealing with any unexpected costs throughout the project
- Working on projects including fit outs and refurbishments of health clubs, leisure facilities, and sports centres, including saunas, steam rooms, spas, and associated plant room equipment
- Managing client communications, being the point of contact throughout the project process, regularly meeting clients on site and providing clear progress reports to clients and internal teams
Project Manager Job Requirements
- Strong background within the construction project management sector, including commercial fit outs, installations, and refurbishment projects
- A background within leisure/hospitality projects is highly desirable
- Good working knowledge of M&E systems including pumps, filters, AHU's, booster sets, etc
- Based within a commutable distance of Central London and hold a full UK driving licence
