We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established contractor within the electrical sector who have specialised in providing electrical compliance services to prestigious commercial clients across London and the South East for the past 20+ years.
Job Overview:
- Overseeing the day-to-day electrical compliance contracts department within the company.
- Directly managing a team of schedulers, contract administrators, electrical supervisors and both employed and contracted electricians.
- Visiting clients on site, pricing remedial and small works, and providing technical support to engineers and clients.
- Carrying out technical engineering audits and site inspections.
- Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Project Managers to assist in the overall growth of the business.
Job Requirements:
- Electrically-qualified - holding Electrical NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391 Inspection and testing (or equivalents).
- Strong background within the commercial electrical contracting sector, ideally from a maintenance and compliance background.
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance certification including EICRs and NICEIC certifications.
- Previous experience managing teams of electricians and/or admin and scheduling teams.
- Full UK driving licence, and based within a commutable distance of Tonbridge, Kent.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
- Choice between a company vehicle or £450 per month car allowance.
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- Private medical care (enrolled once probation is completed).
