Job Overview- Manage a portfolio including 100+ corporate tax (CT600) and 300+ personal tax (SA100) returns.
- Take responsibility for all HMRC tax enquiries and client correspondence.
- Prepare and review accounts under FRS 102, with some exposure to FRS 105 and group accounts.
- Oversee VAT submissions, self-assessments, and corporation tax compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration.
- Support junior staff development and contribute to process improvements.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- ACCA / ACA / CTA qualified or part-qualified.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and statutory accounts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work 100% office-based in Harrogate/Leeds.
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm (flexibility for school runs and personal commitments)
