Our client is a specialist environmental consultancy providing asbestos surveying and management services across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. The role will cover Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, working predominantly across residential properties. This is a field-based position, with a company van and fuel card provided.

Asbestos Surveyor Job Overview:

  • The successful Asbestos Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys across a range of residential and social housing properties, ensuring surveys are completed accurately and in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Carrying out asbestos management and refurbishment surveys
  • Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials
  • Taking samples where required
  • Recording survey findings accurately
  • Producing detailed survey reports
  • Liaising with clients, residents and other site personnel
  • Managing your own workload and travelling between sites across the region
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Asbestos Surveyor Job Requirements:
