Contracts Manager is required to cover the South Region for our client within the civil engineering sector. The role involves overseeing all aspects of contracts management, compliance, and programme delivery on large-scale Civil engineering and Tunnelling projects. You will lead contract negotiations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with technical, legal, and operational teams to deliver projects within budget and schedule, acting as a key member of the executive leadership team.

Job Overview

  • Oversee the company's contracts management, compliance, and programme planning functions.
  • Lead tender preparation, project proposals, and client negotiations, ensuring contracts meet technical and legal standards.
  • Manage construction schedules and budgets, addressing unexpected costs, and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure clear communication and role clarity.
  • Promote SHEQ policies, conduct site safety visits, and oversee accident investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
