Site Manager Job Overview:- Manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale student accommodation project.
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved.
- Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance across all drylining works.
- Maintain site documentation including progress reports, RFIs, variations, and site diaries.
- Liaise closely with the Principal Contractor, consultants, and wider project team.
- Produce short-term programmes and monitor progress against project milestones.
