Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Salisbury. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join their design & development team.
Responsibilities
- Creating 3D modelling drawings for jig & tooling design
- Ensuring design work undertaken is feasible for manufacture
- Supporting prototype builds and DFM
- Conduct regular engineering reviews to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Liaising with suppliers of parts and tooling
- Producing cost estimates
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree qualified within an engineering / design related subject
- Based in a commutable distance of Salisbury
- Proficient with the use of CAD software such as Solidworks or Catia
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, metal pressing and robotics
- Remuneration and Benefits
