- Produce detailed 2D construction drawings for roofing packages across a range of systems
- Design across standing seam, composite panel, single ply, hot melt, liquid and green roof systems
- Prepare plan, section, detail, junction and setting-out drawings for site delivery
- Coordinate with manufacturers such as Kalzip, Sarnafil, IKO, Hydrotech, Kingspan and Proteus on system-specific detailing
- Carry out site surveys, inspections and photographic records
- Support fabrication-friendly detailing and coordinate with installers on buildability

- Good understanding of insulation, waterproofing, thermal performance and detailing at junctions and interfaces
- Able to produce clear, accurate drawings from surveys, sketches and verbal briefs
- Confident managing multiple live projects concurrently
- Strong communication skills and confident engaging with clients, manufacturers and site teams
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to sites primarily across London and the South East
- Based within commutable distance of Rochester
