Our client, a leading UK plant hire business, is looking for a Regional Resource Coordinator to support rail and operated hire projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating plant operators, managing bookings, maintaining compliance, and ensuring customers receive an excellent service based in Wigan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate plant operators for customer projects
  • Schedule operators and manage bookings
  • Ensure operators have the correct tickets, medicals and documentation
  • Monitor rail compliance, Sentinel and competency records
  • Liaise with customers, site teams and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate system records
  • Complete daily operator check-ins
  • Support payroll and invoicing administration

Requirements

  • Rail recruitment experience preferred but not essential
  • Operator recruitment experience or plant industry knowledge considered
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
