This hands-on role will involve preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to a high standard within a busy workshop environment. Job Overview

  • Prepare metal components for powder coating including cleaning, masking, sanding, and hanging parts
  • Apply powder coating finishes to fabricated and engineered components using spray equipment
  • Operate powder coating ovens and monitor curing processes
  • Inspect coated products to ensure quality standards and finish consistency
  • Identify coating defects and carry out rework where required
  • Maintain powder coating equipment and ensure the work area remains clean and organised
