The Plumbing and Heating Engineer role is required for our client operating within the HVAC & Building Services industry. This position involves carrying out domestic plumbing and heating works, including repairs and maintenance. The engineer will be responsible for diagnosing issues and ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations using industry-standard tools. The work will be around the Dorset, Hampshire areas, as well as parts of Wiltshire.

Job Overview

  • Repair and maintain domestic heating systems and boilers across multiple sites.
  • Working around the Dorset, Hampshire and South Wiltshire areas.
  • Conduct gas safety checks and troubleshoot issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
  • Complete detailed reports on technical work and liaise with clients on system operation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK gas regulations and health & safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Up to date, ACS domestic gas qualifications, such as CCN1, CENWAT etc.
  • Ideally 3+ years working on domestic gas.
  • Based in, or within commutable distance of Dorset / Hampshire.
  • Full UK driving license.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range of £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
